of creation in which something unexpected, new emerges.
On this painting process, the hand moves faster than the eye, and what is unknown emerges from the canvas, explodes fractally, and transcends concepts and emotions that translate the creative energy.
SOPHIE KAO-ARYA a Franco-Thai artist, lives and works in France, exhibiting in Asia and around the world. In 2001, she conceived a dynamic painting technique that explores fractal forms. Her interpretation does not imitate the forms of nature, but rather the natural process itself that automatically generates geometric and abstract shapes. Through this innovative process, she develops a unique aesthetic and a contemporary vision of elements, in relation to the environmental concerns of the time.
